A closer look at the systems, responsibilities, and technical decisions behind the portfolio.
01
CallX · service boundaries
Calling and core business operations have separate backends. This separates live communication concerns from tenant management, CRM, and HR while keeping a shared service-token contract between them. CallX remains in active development.
02
Britrip · connected workflows
The contribution spans Spring Boot SSO and payment services alongside Laravel support and ticketing. Kafka events and WebSocket notifications connect platform activity; other Laravel developers integrated their services with the shared SSO.
03
Business systems · validation scope
ERP, CRM, HR, and commerce projects bring different risks: business-rule consistency, branch-level workflows, customer records, and order integrity. The QA work focuses on those journeys and their data, with each project’s role identified below.

Multi-tenant SaaS call center platform
CallX
A call center platform connecting real-time calling with the customer and organizational workflows behind every conversation.

Real-time calling
Spring Boot, LiveKit, and WebRTC power calling, IVR flows, DTMF handling, and live queues. WebSocket/STOMP handles signaling; Firebase Cloud Messaging notifies offline agents.
Business operations
A separate core backend manages tenants, users, roles, presence, CRM, and HR. Customer timelines automatically capture call activity.
Connected architecture
Oracle stores business data, RabbitMQ carries asynchronous events, and Redis supports hot-path data. A Python LiveKit Agent integrates ElevenLabs text-to-speech.

02Spring Boot & Laravel development
B2B travel · Identity, payments & support
Britrip
Britrip is a B2B travel platform for agencies and businesses, bringing flights, hotels, and other travel services together. I developed its platform-wide SSO and payment systems with Spring Boot, plus a support and ticketing system with Laravel.
Platform-wide SSO
Developed a shared single sign-on system for the whole platform. Kafka served as the central event hub, with WebSocket notifications delivering real-time updates.
Payment integrations
Developed the payment system and integrated Network International, Stripe, and Cryptomus to support the platform’s payment workflows.
Support & ticketing
Built the support and ticketing system in Laravel. Other Laravel backend developers connected their services to the shared SSO system.
